Terms of Service
The Artist (TheGreatRudesby)
The Artist may display commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal, and use commissioned work in promotional materials
The Artist may recycle sketches and works that were rejected by the Client for other commissions or personal works
The Artist reserves all rights to deny any projects without reason
The Client (paying commissioner)
The Client retains all rights to their original characters
The Client may upload the artwork to their personal website, gallery, or, social media, but credit IS REQUIRED
The Client will be put on the blacklist if an unauthorized back charge occurs without the Artist's awareness
Commercial Usage
The Client must pay the commercial fee if they want to use my artwork for commercial purposes
Once the payment is given, you are entitled to but not limited to: resize, recolor, merchandise, and providing credit to the artist
